What Would You Do With Less Work and More Revenue?
As a CPA with 20+ years of experience, you may be starting to think about what the next chapter of your career could look like. If you’re like most CPAs we speak with, you’re not quite ready to fully retire — but the idea of earning an extra $50K a year while working less is definitely appealing. To maintain the quality of our partnerships, we’re currently limiting this opportunity to 2–3 select CPAs.
Does Any of This Sound Like You?
As a trusted CPA, your clients rely on you for financial guidance. But you’re likely facing a critical dilemma:
- You want to monetize part of your practice without selling everything.
- You’re not ready to retire, but want more flexibility and less stress.
- You want more time with family without sacrificing your practice value.
- You see AI as a growing threat to routine tax preparation.

A Smarter Way to Grow Your Practice
There’s no magic bullet — just a proven approach. As a growing fee-only wealth management firm, we’ve been handling client taxes for 25 years.
We take tax planning as seriously as any CPA, helping clients strategically shift tax dollars into retirement savings to accelerate their financial goals.
Monetize Your Practice While Keeping Control With Our Easy 3-Step Process
We Curate Your Clients
We identify clients ready to move beyond tax planning into full wealth management. We start with those whose fees haven’t been raised in years, ensuring a seamless transition while maximizing value.
We Make Every Client Profitable
For every client who completes our financial review, you earn $500 — whether they become our client or not. If they become a wealth management client, you also receive your 2026 personal tax return fee, plus the $500 for the financial review.
We Create Ongoing Revenue
Imagine 50 clients transitioning to wealth management. With an average fee of $500 plus $500 for financial planning, that’s $50,000 in annual revenue — without adding to your workload.
This isn’t about selling your practice — it’s about strategically transitioning to higher-paying clients while earning more than a traditional sale would offer. And if you’re not looking to reduce your workload, you can simply take on only new clients at higher fees.
How Our Financial Review Works
Our comprehensive financial review is crafted to provide immediate value to your clients, while uncovering opportunities for long-term financial growth and optimization.
Data Collection
We work directly with your client to gather all essential financial documents, from tax returns and pension information to retirement accounts and debt statements.
This comprehensive approach ensures we have a complete and accurate picture of their financial situation.
Pre-Meeting Analysis
Before meeting with the client, we conduct a thorough analysis of their financial information to assess their financial independence status.
We then identify 3 key areas of opportunity: savings optimization through tax strategies and loan restructuring, retirement enhancement for earlier or increased income, and stress reduction by simplifying financial complexity for greater peace of mind.
Comprehensive Review Meeting
We meet directly with the client for a comprehensive review of our findings and recommendations.
This in-depth, 2-hour session allows for thorough discussion, questions, and the presentation of actionable strategies tailored to their unique financial situation.
Our financial review consistently delivers far more value than the $1,000 clients invest — whether they choose to work with us or not, they always walk away with meaningful insights.
We’re not salespeople; as one of the oldest fee-only firms in the greater Sacramento area, we have no products to sell — just expert guidance that helps clients sleep better at night.
Those who go through this process find it so valuable that they’re genuinely grateful to whoever introduced them.
It’s a true win-win — your clients receive exceptional value, and if they decide to become wealth management clients, you gain additional revenue with no extra effort.

Michael Lynch
Owner
For the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals live fuller, more fulfilling lives through thoughtful financial planning. But my practice isn’t about listing credentials or accomplishments — it’s about addressing the financial stresses that keep my clients up at night. Consider this: money problems are among the leading causes of divorce. My goal? To help couples get on the same page, aligned and prepared, before these issues even arise.
We take a different approach here. You won’t hear us saying, “the market will do what the market will do” while portfolios fluctuate wildly. That’s for gamblers, not for retirees planning their dream vacations. Instead, we mirror the sophisticated strategies used by top institutional investors, like those managing Yale and Harvard’s endowments. But we go even further — we take a holistic view, incorporating your entire tax picture, from this year through retirement. We’re talking strategies that could save you tens of thousands in retirement taxes, optimize healthcare costs, and navigate Social Security and required minimum distributions. Sounds complex? That’s where we come in. We see every client’s financial picture as a puzzle to be solved, and solving those puzzles is something we truly enjoy.
When I encourage clients to live a balanced life, I lead by example. I’ve been blessed with 25+ years of marriage to an incredible wife who makes every day brighter. Together, we’ve raised three wonderful daughters, and I’m now lucky enough to be a grandfather to a beautiful little grandson. You might catch me coaching my daughter’s competitive soccer team (something I’ve loved doing for over 15 years), carving up the slopes in winter, or spending summer weekends on the boat with family and friends. And of course, there’s our dog, who completes the family picture. This balance between work and life isn’t just something I preach — it’s how I live, and it’s what makes me even more effective in helping my clients achieve the same.
